We do not work with fixed prices per piece. All of our quotes are personalized to meet the specific needs of each client, considering the complexity, volume, and goals of the project. We offer special discount packages for large volumes or ongoing projects, especially for pattern making and 3D animation services.

Clear and Professional Contract

To ensure full transparency and security for both parties, we sign a professional contract that clearly defines the terms of delivery, deadlines, pricing, and responsibilities. All project details — including timelines, deliverables, payments, revisions, and copyright — will be explicitly stated in the contract. This document ensures that both the client and the studio have a full understanding of the agreed commitments.

File Delivery

Final files are delivered only after full payment is received. Throughout the process, the client will receive previews, visual proofs, and regular updates to allow for adjustments before final delivery.

Copyright and Commercial Use

Copyright and commercial usage rights for B4B projects are transferred to the client upon full payment. The client is not required to publicly credit the studio but may request to use the work in a portfolio with prior authorization.

Payment Methods

We accept major payment methods such as PayPal and Wise (formerly TransferWise). Other payment options may be arranged in advance and included in the contract.

Post-Delivery Support

After delivery, we offer technical support to clarify doubts and assist with format adjustments according to the client’s needs.
